These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using London Assignment Mind and requesting ethical UK academic support services.
Learning-focused academic support
London Assignment Mind provides academic guidance, tutoring-style support, editing, proofreading, referencing, worked-example review and study assistance. Students must use all support materials for learning and reference purposes only.
Service scope
London Assignment Mind provides academic guidance, tutoring-style support, editing, proofreading, referencing, worked-example review and study assistance. Services are intended to help students understand academic tasks, improve writing clarity and use references more effectively.
Learning and reference-only use
Any examples, model materials, feedback, editing notes or guidance must be used for learning and reference purposes only. Students remain responsible for their own final submissions and must follow university academic integrity rules.
Quote requests
A quote request is not a paid order. The quote form allows students to submit details such as name, email, phone, service, subject, academic level, deadline, word count and uploaded files. A Quote ID may be generated for tracking.
Orders and payment
An order is created when the customer confirms support requirements and proceeds through the order and payment process. Orders may be paid by PayPal or Bank Transfer where available. Bank Transfer orders may remain pending until admin verification.
Pricing and coupon codes
Pricing is based on support type, deadline, word count and instructions. Coupon codes may be offered and must be entered before payment where applicable.
File uploads and completed files
Students may upload briefs, drafts, rubrics, instructions or supporting files. Where an order includes completed guidance, edited drafts, feedback or support files, admin may upload completed files against the relevant Order ID.
OTP login
Customer accounts may be created automatically when a quote or order is submitted. Login may use email or phone OTP verification. Admin login is separate and uses email and password.
No guaranteed grades
London Assignment Mind does not guarantee grades, marks, pass outcomes, admissions outcomes, employment outcomes or academic results.
